01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a GD33 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing GD33 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a GD33 employee.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that covers GD33 or its affiliated platforms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.

GD33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, GD33 may suspend or close your account. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure with all balances forfeited.

By completing the registration process on GD33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full, along with the GD33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

02 Account Responsibilities

Your GD33 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. GD33 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

• You must keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• You must not allow any other person to use your GD33 account.
• You must notify GD33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including your email address and phone number, remain accurate and up to date.
• You must not open more than one GD33 account. If you have previously held a GD33 account that was closed, you must not open a new account without GD33's written permission.

GD33 may carry out identity verification checks at any point during the life of your account. These checks are a standard part of GD33's compliance obligations and are not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued account access.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

GD33 supports a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as standard bank transfer options. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. GD33 does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the GD33 cashier section. These limits may vary depending on the payment method you choose and your account verification status.

• Deposits are typically credited to your GD33 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification.
• GD33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GD33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Any funds deposited into your GD33 account that remain unused for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee. GD33 will notify you by email before any such fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and use your account.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

GD33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the GD33 promotions page at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• GD33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• GD33 may cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of bonus abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

GD33 takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes, but is not limited to, placing bets on both sides of an outcome to clear wagering requirements, using automated software to place bets, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.

05 Betting Rules & Void Bets

All bets placed on GD33 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game in question, as well as these general Terms and Conditions. GD33's trading team sets and manages odds, and all odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number from GD33.
• GD33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• Bets may be voided if the event to which they relate is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or if the result cannot be officially confirmed.
• In-play bets are subject to additional rules regarding connectivity and timing. GD33 will not be responsible for bets that fail to register due to the player's internet connection.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports and markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by event, market, and account status.
• GD33 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market at any time, including restricting the maximum stake available to individual accounts.

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your GD33 account balance. Voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements for any active bonus.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GD33 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one GD33 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using GD33 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which bets are offered.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the GD33 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the GD33 platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Accessing GD33 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the GD33 platform.

GD33 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited activities are detected, GD33 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and provide all relevant account information as required by law.

07 Privacy & Data Use

GD33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a GD33 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

GD33 uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• To verify your identity and comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.
• To process your deposits, withdrawals, and bets.
• To communicate with you about your account, including security alerts and transaction confirmations.
• To send you promotional communications, where you have opted in to receive them.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

GD33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• At GD33's discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to GD33's interests or the interests of other players.

You may close your GD33 account at any time by contacting the support team. If your account holds a positive balance at the time of closure, GD33 will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed by GD33 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

10 Limitation of Liability

GD33 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While GD33 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, GD33 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond GD33's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any decision made by GD33 to void a bet in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Changes to the availability of specific sports markets, games, or features.

In no event shall GD33's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your GD33 account at the time the relevant claim arises. GD33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11 Changes to These Terms

GD33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, GD33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the GD33 platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using GD33 and close your account. GD33 recommends that you review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GD33 is licensed. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
